I love to make these banana muffins as a snack to take to work with me. They are the perfect thing to eat when your sweet tooth decides to appear in the middle of the afternoon, as it happens to me.
Enough me talking, let's dive into this recipe!
Ingredients
2 ripped bananas
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
How to do it
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Next, put the rest of the ingredients and involve everything.
Put the batter in muffin cups and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
This recipe is so easy to make and so delicious. If you want the muffins to be sweeter, you have to use the right bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter the muffins will be.
