Healthy 4 ingredients banana pancakes

Quick and easy banana pancakes! This recipe is perfect for those who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen but still want a quick healthy snack.


I love to eat these pancakes as a pre-workout meal because it has the carbs and sugars that I need to smash an epic workout in the gym.


It only takes four pantry ingredients and, you can make them in 5-10 minutes. It's perfect to make on a Sunday when you're doing your meal prep.


Here I give you the ingredients!


Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp oats

  • Cinnamon

How to do it

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a couple of seconds.

  2. Grease a nonstick frying pan with coconut oil and pour a bit of the batter. Let it cook for 1 minute and then flip it to the other side and let it cook for a few more seconds.

  3. Repeat for the rest of the batter.

And just like that, you have a batch of delicious pancakes to eat. If you want, you can double, or even triple, this recipe because these pancakes last in the fridge for three days and in this way, you'll have a quick snack always on hand.
